This section of the site is devoted to coaching tips that can be implemented immediately to improve the quality of your life. Please feel free to email any tips you would like added to innerconnection@aol.com. You will be notified if your tip is added to the site.

Self Care:

1. Go get a massage. You can afford it. You're worth it. You'll be glad you did.

2. Plan your leisure time. Many people spend hours aimlessly surfing the net or watching TV shows that they're not even particularly interested in. In the end, you're not relaxed, just tired. This time can be spent doing things that are more enjoyable, more relaxing, and more fulfilling. 

Take a moment when you have some time and energy to put together a list of activities that you enjoy but aren't currently doing. The idea is to plan these activities ahead of time so they are available when you need to relax or unwind.

3. Dance, do Yoga, T'ai Chi or any kind of movement every day. Most people move very little and move in the same way day after day. Explore some new movement and your life with get lighter, you'll feel better.

Relationships & Community:

1. Speak to at least one close friend each week that you haven't spoken to in a while. Many people live without the support that is available to them. Keep your relationships alive and growing.

2. Make contact with at least one new person every day. You can nod, wave, say hello, or strike up a conversation.

3. Learn how to say 'NO.'   "The Power of NO!"
